Un-boring things I've read online
Hey!
You signed up for this email list because you wanted to learn more about ClickUp, tech, and operations. Well, guess what? I have that same goal.
Every week, I spend a few hours reading about ClickUp feature updates, new tech tools, and operations best practices and trying to get better at it.
Today I'm going to share some of my favorite resources with you below.
Happy browsing!

One-Touch to Inbox Zero: How I Spend 17 Minutes Per Day on Email
Create an easy system to banish email overwhelm forever. I won't say this will get you to inbox zero right away (or even that inbox zero is something worth striving for - it's not) but having a system to manage inbox overwhelm and get things to where they need to be is key. Tiago's simple system is a great way to make sure your inbox is a calmer, more productive place.
How to plan your day in 15 mins or les
Banish constant overwhelm by putting everything where it belongs using a French culinary practice "mise en place". Just take 15 minutes at the end (or beginning) of each day to plans things out and put things where they belong. Create your own simple system and stick with it. This is a pic of Marie Poulin's system in Notion but you can easily do this in ClickUp as well.
Include these in your daily "mise en place"
*clear out your inbox. Send quick replies instead of letting your inbox fill up. Schedule emails for the next day.
*Check your calendar
*Review pinned items
*Process items you have saved and put them where they belong
*Close (or organize) your tabs
*Review uncompleted tasks and figure out how to get them done
*Review your back log of tasks and see if you can fit any in

The magic of doing $10,000 per hour work | RadReads
One of the best things I've set up in my ClickUp workspace this year is Khy He's 10k Work Method. He does this in Notion but you can set this up in whatever tool you use. I created a task value custom field (and also a focus level field) so I can set up customized views to help me prioritize all those tasks that don't have due dates. Those tasks that may be worth $10k to you or worth $10 but still need to get done. Doing this has helped me delegate, automate, and prioritize as well as make more time to get $10k work done. I'll write more on this soon!
