💾 Tech Tips
Hey friend!
I've been doing quite a few tech audit and strategy projects so far this year and I wanted to share some takeaways with you:
If someone leaves your team, make sure that you add to your offboarding process to stop paying for their stuff
Focus on tech that meets your needs now. Sure, it's important to have a vision and using tools that will grow with you does make things easier, but your vision and business may change. Don't get bogged down in the "what ifs" too much because that can take your time away from serving your clients and developing your business.
You can make tools that are important parts of your business required by your clients to use. It may take some prompting, reminders, tutorial creation on your end, but if you can explain and show your clients the benefits, they will be more likely to use the tools.
Did you find these tips helpful? What else would you add to this list? Or what are you struggling with in your business's tech and systems? Hit reply and let me know.
