Are we on the same page?
Hey friend,
I hope you are well and that this time of year is treating you well. For a lot of people, it's a lot of stress, pressure, family obligations, financial struggles. And I hear that!
It can also be a time of reflection, peace, retreat, and comfort.
My brain runs at 150 mph like all the time, and this time of year is no different. In attempt to get myself to calm down and relax, I am trying to reflect and retreat (although it is a challenge). And one thing that I'm reflecting on is YOU.
I’m so glad that I get to email you every week. When I started this email list last year, I had no idea that it would grow to be such an important part of my routine, life, and business. And I've enjoyed getting to know you. And together, we’re going to make women-owned businesses the majority in the world. We're going to support each other and build each other up and really be the change we wish to see in the world. Because the world needs it. And it needs us.
Truly. This is why I keep going every day and it’s my biggest vision for you.
Going forward, you can look for (almost) weekly emails from me (and occasionally more) about ClickUp (3.0 is launching in 2023!), tech, operations, automations, and strategic business planning.

ClickUp 3.0 sneak peeks
I went to a presentation on some of the new features of ClickUp 3.0 and here are my top takeaways:
- subtasks will now be visible as a left sidebar, similar to doc. No more scrolling down to subtasks and back up to your parent task
- there will be a right sidebar with other info
- you'll be able to have a task open while doing other stuff in ClickUp
- the task has been redesigned to make better use of space
