Hey everyone!
I'm back from a nice family vacation to DC. While I did check my email and Slack a few times, for the most part my business ran on its own, with my templates and workshops selling while I was away - amazing - thanks to the systems and automations I've set up. So I was wondering, what do you have set up so that you business can survive a week (or more!) without you?
This may be automations using Zapier or Integrately or an SOP library for your team. If you don't have these in place yet, what's one step you can take today toward doing this?
If you need help, I'm here for you! Just reply to this email and let me know where you're stuck.

Comments overview | ClickUp Tutorials & Docs
ClickUp has released a new feature where you can directly link to a doc comment. I love this feature to be able to share the exact location of a comment with a teammate instead of just saying "oh it's in that doc we're working on".

Tango | Create beautiful step-by-step guides with screenshots, in seconds
I've been experimenting with Tango as a tool to easily create SOPs. As part of my work, I help my clients create simple and strategic systems and a natural part of this is documenting SOPs. As you may know, many people hate this part but Tango is an easy to use tool that does most of the documenting for you. This is a great alternative or addition to a Loom video SOP as it provides written instructions as well as screenshots and all you have to do is click in a few places!
Karma bot for Slack
I'm testing this out and it's super fun! You can give people awards (and even set custom awards so they can earn for example a $10 Target gift card after a certain number of points). A great (paid) app for Slack to improve your team's communication culture in Slack. Fun for distributed teams! ClickUp uses this internally!
